We can provide you with Remote Desktop support from our office to you on your computer anywhere. We do this using a programme called Teamviewer which is a small download available from this link.

Simply click on the download, select save. When it has downloaded you Run this file (intallation programme) and when it is installed you tell us the ID number that they have allocated to you. We can then connect and help you while you watch, ask questions, and learn.
