Having been through yet another media scare over some virus we need to stop and think. How often are we likely to be exposed to a virus, and so what?

Make sure you have a reputable virus protection software package and that you update it regularly. Mostly this can be done with downloads for free in the first 12 months then for a nominal fee.

With Email do not open any attachment or Email unless you know the source is likely to be clean and reliable.
